Our helmet shells are made in China and made to meet / exceed NIJ Standard-0106.01 minimum requirements. By doing so it would generally fall under the NIJ3A rating, however the NIJ themselves will not certify any helmets. The shells are then taken and assembled to order right in the Midwest. Because of this we offer full customization when it comes to color combinations.

Lead times vary based on how many shells we have in stock. Assuming your size shell is in stock the estimated lead times are below.

Standard Colors: Tan, Black, Green

• 2 Business Days assembly for any combination of our standard colors.

Non Standard Colors: Pantone Pallet

• Full Helmet Including Shell, 45 Days
• Standard Color Shell, Non standard rails & or shroud 14 Days

Other Options:

• Change the suspension type
• Change the pad types

All helmets sold come with a 3 year warranty, with the ability to purchase replacement parts anytime before or after. But what does this actually mean.

All of the helmets that we sell have a serial number that we use to make it easier for us to send the correct replacement parts along with ensuring the ability for us to inform customers of any issues. You will get your serial number in the form of a physical card that is shipped with the helmet along with a email copy.

By assembling the helmets in the Midwest we can have a near instant turn around on replacement parts, our goal is to document known issues and offer preemptive fixes.
